Updated MoE In-Person Service Arrangements
The Ministry of Education is making temporary adjustments to its in-person services to prioritise public safety and ensure efficient service delivery.
Updated Service Hours
Effective Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in-person services will be available:
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily
at the Ministry of Education, Sir Eric Gairy Botanical Gardens, Tanteen, St. George.
Units Available to Serve You
Representatives from the following front-facing units will be available in the Ministry’s parking lot to address concerns and queries:
- Student Support Services
- Personnel
- Human Resource Development Division (Scholarships)
- Finance
Examinations Unit
The Examinations Unit will continue to operate three days per week:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Unit will provide assistance with certificate certification and other related matters.
The Ministry is actively monitoring the situation and will make further adjustments as necessary to better serve the public.
